Prints are printed on high quality glossy 240gsm photo paper. All of our prints are handmade in the UK and are packaged inside of a cello envelope and then put into a board backed envelope for extra protection.

UK Orders
We ship all of our orders with Royal Mail and we offer free delivery as standard on all UK orders. For our standard delivery we use Royal Mail first class post and delivery is usually made within 1-3 working days. We also offer an upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail special delivery before 1pm for £6.50.
International Orders
All international orders are made using Royal Mail international standard tracked delivery and on average take 7-14 days. The cost is a flat rate of £11.00.
Delivery Issues
Unfortunately on occasions packages can be lost, please allow a minimum of 7 working days before contacting us and then we can send you a new set of prints out at no charge.
If your print turns up and it has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we can either offer a full refund or a replacement print to be sent out straight away.
